Rooms pretty small for what you pay, and the pool could have used some cleaning, just leaves & crap in it. But other than that.. really beautiful property!! Ac blows cold, beds comfy! Good breakfast options & friendly staff :)

Marijuana smell on upper floors. Bar wasn’t much to write home about and closed early. Dryers dried clothes about as fast a a hotel toaster cooks toast. Friendly staff and overall served the purpose of a one night stay.

Good option for Carlsbad Caverns visit

Fairly nice hotel with easy access to Carlsbad Caverns Nat’l Park just up the road. The hotel was clean with the exception of the pool. Restaurant was closed for the weekend due to staffing shortages. Other dining options are limited in the immediate area with the exception of McDonalda or Wingstop. The free breakfast was good, though.

The hotel itself is nice . But it lacks customer service. When. We checked In at night the night audit was not friendly did not guide me where my room was zero information about the hotel only word I heard from her ‘‘insert card’’ . Breakfast don’t care to much about restocking breakfast items. They go in the back and don’t come out until it’s time to shut it down.
