New Modern Home Pool/Jacuzzi near Beach & Legoland


Have fun with the whole family or group in this newly renovated modern home with top of the line custom finishes. Come relax by the pool and even fire up your own pizza in the custom made outdoor wood fired pizza oven. This home is in the ideal location for your next vacation only being 3 miles away from the beach and Carlsbad Village. The lagoon 2miles away with boat rentals, water toys, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Legoland is also only 3 miles away.
The space
This is a two story single family home. Downstairs has an open floor plan where you will find the kitchen, dining, living room, family room, work space as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms one full one half bath. Bedroom 1 has an attached full bathroom.
Upstairs is where you will find the master suite with attached full bathroom. There is also another bedroom and a separate full bathroom.

Outside in the backyard you will find an outdoor kitchen/bar area with bbq and custom wood fired pizza oven. You will also find the pool and outdoor shower as well to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house including the garage.
Other things to note
Please note the pizza oven is wood fired. I'd recommend looking up how to operate one before attempting if unfamiliar so there aren't any surprises.
