Wonderful golf course location in Quail Meadows! This 1,780 sf, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse-style condominium with high beam ceilings and floor to ceiling windows boasts a view of the 4th tee at Quail Lodge golf course. Enjoy the sunshine of Carmel Valley while being within 10 minutes to the beach. Golf options, winery tours and hiking are features of Carmel Valley and the attractions and conveniences of the Monterey Peninsula are just a short car drive away. Carmel is also the northern gateway to the stunning natural wonders of the Big Sur coastline.
Living Space
Guests enter the home on the upper level where both bedrooms and full baths are located. Descend the spiral staircase to find the main living areas and a half bathroom downstairs.
The living room is equipped with a gas log fireplace, couch, love seat and doors leading to the deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out toward the golf course.
A separate cozy family room has a sofa and a large flat screen TV.
This lower level has a half bathroom near the living areas.
Kitchen and Dining
The light and bright kitchen has white tiled counters, hardwood floor, electric wall oven, and gas cook top. A tiled peninsula is home to a small prep sink.
The dining area has a pine table that seats six which is ideal for enjoying meals together, playing board games or doing crafts.
Please note that there is no longer an outdoor BBQ grill due to HOA regulations.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the upper level of the home, off the main entrance, you will find both bedrooms and their full bathrooms:
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen bed, TV, golf course view and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and wall to wall carpet. The newly remodeled en suite bathroom has a walk-in closet, double sinks and a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, plenty of closet space, a small writing desk and chair, and its own newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Downstairs near the living areas there is a convenient half bathroom.
Stacked washer and dryer are located on the upper/main level.
One dedicated parking space under a carport right near the entrance to the home. Parking in the lot the near entrance of the community can be used for your short-term day guests.
