Lacey room of Cala Lily

The Lacey Room is a small but cozy room in this Bed and breakfast with a french writing desk and chair, 2 twin beds and a lamp. Extra space is made available for you on the window seat while billows of lace come from the curtains. There is a common area outside the room where you can watch TV or there's another one downstairs with a fireplace. There's also a screened in patio with a sitting area where you can relax anytime of the day or have breakfast there depending on this Texas weather. Coffee bar is open anytime! On site owner will create delicious bakery worthy breakfasts during your stay. (see reviews)

The Lacey room shares the hall bathroom with one other bedroom upstairs in this Bed and Breakfast. Updated bathroom fixtures, commode and a stand up shower are sanitized daily. The upstairs boasts its own HVAC where the guests control the temperature.

WARM & FRIENDLY INN KEEPER

Fun place. Enjoyed the outdoor dogs, horse and chickens! Perfect location for Round Top! Felt a little mid-lead from original listing online. Thought we had the whole house but the Owner lives in the house so we were basically paying for one room with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom. We made it work just initially disappointed. Also, I would make a suggestion of adding a box of Kleenex, a waste basket, and a lamp for guest’s convenience.

Great stay!

We felt at home and made new friends! What a charming home. Appreciated extra touches like the all night coffee bar and mini frig for our champagne. Rooms are spacious and beds are firm and comfortable. We did chose to share a bathroom and it was no compromise at all, comfortable and clean. Happy to return again.

Host was nice just a misunderstanding on listing. It said bedroom and bath on listing but in the description way down at the bottom after your clicked more it showed shared hall bath. That was an issue . Host and I worked it but cost me a night stay and added cost per night

Bed and Breakfast Carmine

Beautiful 1940s home in Carmine. Laura has created her bed and breakfast to everyone’s liking. Upstairs can sleep two - ten people great for a large girls trip or small. The rooms have an updated feel still with the old home charm. She greeted us downstairs with homemade breakfast and coffee each morning. Dang, she made cheese grits. Yumm. You are minutes drive into Round Top. She is still close yet far enough away from small town Hustle. Thank you again .. Hope to see you soon.

Great stay!

Wonderful host and beautiful home! House is located very conveniently, away from major traffic areas during the Round Top Spring show. Close to 290 which made the trip home quick, and very close to convince stores. Right across the street from a wonderful steakhouse. We really enjoyed our stay - and can’t leave out the awesome French toast casserole she whipped up for breakfast among other items.
