Carnac - Holiday home close to the beaches

Located between the beaches of Beaumer and Men-Du, close to the centre of Carnac Plage, this recently renovated house is the ideal base for enjoying seaside activities in complete tranquillity. Walking to the beach, cycling to the village, here life is relaxing. A perfect base for exploring the region and its beaches.



This townhouse, tall in stature, incorporates the social space on the ground floor with the kitchen, a dining area and a small living room. It provides access to a wooden terrace allowing the living space to be extended in summer.

Lunching outdoors, relaxing on loungers and solving the world's problems over a drink. In addition, this level includes a wet room and toilets.



The first floor includes a second living room, a dining table, a water room and a bedroom with three individual beds. The upper floor is a night space with its seven beds distributed in three bedrooms and a water room.

You have a parking space and the possibility of parking in the street.



Access to the beach is possible directly on foot, by bicycle or by car depending on the chosen beach (Beaumer, Men-Du, Grande Plage). The supermarket and the town centre of Carnac Plage are at the end of the street.

Good to know:

- House reserved for family use, groups abstain.

- Sheets and household linen must be provided. The allocation includes sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

- Travel cot available

- Pets are forbidden.

- Parties and other festive gatherings (such as stag/hen parties) are strictly prohibited.

- Out of respect for the neighbourhood, quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am must be observed.

- 1 to 2 parking spaces in front of the house

- Electric vehicle charging is prohibited.

Numerous possibilities for walking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths). Visit the megalithic sites of Carnac, Erdeven and Locmariaquer. Discover the marina of La Trinité-sur-mer, the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coast. Enjoy the multiple water activities in the region.

For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 15 minutes by car.
