Meme si belle situation et bel espace nous ne retournerons pas! Logement qui necessite d'urgence une rénovation ! Salle de bain pleine de moisissures limite insalubre, chambre avec moisissures, aussi, equipement de cuisine disparate et incomplet, égouttoir vaisselle rouillé, housse de divan lit sale...ect. Interhome Carnac a fait de son mieux mais nous ne comprenons pas comment il est permis de louer à ce prix un logement si mal entretenu! Qui contrôle la qualité ?

Très bien situé près de la thalasso, plage et centre. On peut tout faire à pied. Clic clac très inconfortable même pour seulement s'asseoir ; donne mal au dos. Faudrait en prévoir un nouveau.

Cela nécessiterai un rafraîchissement au niveau des peintures On constate que c’est un appartement qui doit être souvent loué Il faut changer les ampoules du dessous de l’évier de la cuisine et le spot dans le bandeau lumineux de la cuisine et re fixer la lampe au dessus du lavabo de la SDB

Emplacement idéal pour plage

Appartement simple avec le stric nécessaire idéalement placé pour séjourner avec un enfant petit car à 2min à pied de la plage et des rues commerçantes et animées tout en étant dans une résidence très calme.

Emplacement idéal, appartement très fonctionnel, agréable avec une vue magnifique. Il faut réparer la porte du freezer du réfrigérateur, refaire l'inventaire des ustensiles et couverts de cuisine pour plus d'homogénéité (remplacer la vaisselle vert clair !)

Appartement très bien situé, vue mer du balcon, calme, propre, dans une résidence bien entretenue. Par contre aménagement minimaliste de l'appartement (étagères en bois sous le bar pour la batterie de cuisine, poêles usagées, pas de tiroir, pas de poubelle dans sdb, pas d'ampoule dans la lampe de chevet...), canapé du séjour très inconfortable avec une housse crasseuse et tachée à plusieurs endroits, tâche de moisi sur le plafond de la chambre.
