A dedicated sleeping alcove provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ensuring comfortable rest for all occupants. The studio includes 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC. A kitchenette is fully integrated into the living space, and direct access to the garden is available from the unit. The studio also benefits from a south-facing terrace of 3 square metres and a south-facing private garden of 35 square metres, both offering pleasant outdoor views.
