Deuxième séjour dans ce logement à un an d'intervalle en Octobre Novembre Bien chauffé (chaudière et console), canapé convertible confortable pour le couchage ce qui est un atout majeur sur ce genre de location qui nécessite d'être fonctionnel Récemment refait avec soin, terrasse bien exposée et agréable face à un étang , on entend la mer. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement, on s'y sent bien, c'est d'ailleurs pour cela que nous n'avons pas cherché à changer d'une année sur l'autre.

Location trop chère pour une seule pièce.

Logement valable pour une seule personne. Le canapé il faut l'ouvrir et refermer dans la journée pour accéder à la terrasse. Pas d'égouttoir pour mettre la vaisselle lavée. Dans la seule pièce à vivre manque de chaises. Il faut prendre celles de la terrasse et dans la douche èventuellement un tabouret. Par contre on apprécie le calme.
