Perfect, central North Lake location with large back deck with patio furniture, electric grill and forest views. Home has an open layout from kitchen to dining area to living room, newer flat screen TV, WIFI, wood stove and cozy window seat. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space as well as additional storage in the adjacent walk-in pantry. Master bedroom has attached on-suite bathroom and home also has a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all areas of the house except one locked linen closet and two locked bins in the Primary bedroom's closet.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, residential neighborhood with a mix of full time locals and Tahoe visitors. Forested areas are plentiful and nearby so you will see lots of neighbors walking in the neighborhood. Sound travels far so quiet hours are strictly enforced.



Getting Around:

Tahoe Regional Transportation Agency (TART) is the FREE public bus system in the area.

Private taxi services are also widely available.

Many resorts offer private shuttle services as well.

4WD or AWD Vehicles are always recommended for travel in Tahoe during the winter months.



Other Things to Note:

A few of the vanity bulbs have blown but cannot be replaced but there is another source of light in bathroom.
