REQUIRED COUNTY STR PERMIT INFORMATION: STR22-5105 | Max Occupancy is 8 | 4 Parking Spaces | Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or garage at all times. Guest must agree to read and comply with Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.

SECURITY CAMERA(S): This home has two active security cameras. There is one at the front entry and one looking into the driveway. Please inquire with TLUXP if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only at properties that indicate Pets Considered in the amenities tab. If you are planning to bring your pet, please conduct your search specifically for a home that is pet-friendly. Prior written approval is required, and a pet fee applies. Please call our office to inquire about your pet, as homes may have varying policies.

County Rules
Each county requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to your home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below, also included in your signed in the Vacation Rental Agreement.

Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.
Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.

Lights Out: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the Ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.

Red Flag Warnings: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal barbecues and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winds, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.

Winter Driving
Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Summer Patio Furniture
Patio furniture is available for your use during summer months only. All outdoor tables, chairs and loungers are put into storage in the fall, in order to protect the furnishings from winter weather. Barbecue grills, however, do remain outside for your enjoyment.

Be Bear Aware
Black bears are very common in this area and have become habituated to human food and garbage. Because bears no longer have a strong fear of humans, you may encounter bears during your spring, summer and fall stays. Feeding bears is illegal. Leaving food outside, trash accessible, or doors and windows unlocked is likely to cause significant property damage to homes and to vehicles. Please take a moment to learn how to be Bear Aware, so that we can continue to live in harmony with our wildlife.

Office Holiday Hours
The TLUXP office is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

Surrounded by lovely, mature trees and perennial bushes on a half acre, Enchanted Ridge is an impressive, craftsman-style, Carnelian Bay vacation rental home. The interior finishes, including natural rock, granite, gleaming slate floors and alder wood cabinets offer both luxury and comfort. The spacious kitchen will impress the most discriminating chefs, while the great room boasts a large seating area with soaring ceilings, skylights and a stone ensconced fireplace. The downstairs family room, with a comfortable sectional sofa seating, 75" LG smart television, and access to the beautiful backyard, is the perfect retreat for the kids. Just a few stairs up, pass through the loft overlooking the great room with a foosball table and 65" smart television, to the guest bedrooms. Bedroom #2 and #3 are en suite bedrooms and include access to the large front deck, with peek views of Lake Tahoe. Both are well designed for restful nights. The spacious primary suite, with a large walk-in closet, is conveniently located on the entry level for those who do not want to ascend stairs. At day's end, an impressive oversized stone patio with a new Marquis hot tub invites you to enjoy your enchanted evening outdoors under the spectacular stars and glowing purple and orange sunsets. An Enchanted Ridge is certainly is!

We stay in 3-4 VRBOs per year, and this was one of the best, most well-stocked houses we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was in good working order except for a couple fans upstairs. We found others that worked, so that was not a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and cornhole game in the backyard, and the kitchen is a dream for the cooks in the family. The beds were very comfortable. The garage, laundry room, and closets were great. They even had beach chairs, a cooler (two now since we didn’t discover it until after we bought one), and beach towels for guest use. We were there on one of the hottest weeks of the year, so it was a little warm upstairs without A/C, but otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful! Thanks so much for a great stay in beautiful Carnelian Bay!

Tahoe!!

I absolutely fell in love with this house! It is so beautiful. Well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need to stay in & cook at home. The house was large enough our family could spread out and find some quiet time when it was needed. House is located on a quiet street up in the huge trees. We spent a lot of time in the backyard in the hot tube and playing badminton 🏾. I would 💯 stay at this home again!! It was the prefect relaxing week and we are so sad to be heading home.

Tahoe, beauty and rustic

What a wonderful week in Tahoe using the house as our base camp. The description is as advertised
wonderful home with many amenities. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - even using them for a game night. We had a professional chef use the kitchen and he said it was a wonderful kitchen. The bedrooms and baths were all nice. It was a lovely home in a lovely location.

Winter Wonder Land

The home is beautiful and very welcoming. We appreciated the explicit directions to finding the home as the snow build up was very high. We were able to be in contact with the property manager with any questions we might have had. It's closeness of the location to Truckee and Tahoe City was great. Many televisions in the home and many options for viewing were fun since we were 3 generations of family members. We had a great time in the home and highly recommend it others!

Terrific Location for Family Getaway!

Enchanted Ridge was a perfect place for my family to spend a few days at for a ski vacation. An abundance of fun things to do: theater room, foosball table, hot tub, packed game closet etc. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one might need to prepare meals inside, and plenty of space to just rest and relax. Would definitely return another time!!

Choosing this home was the best decision we’ve ever made. It is clean, beautiful, spacious, unique and had the most amazing features indoors and outdoors. The location was right in the middle of everything, and there was more than enough room for our large family. To save the best for last
 Jennifer. She made sure everything went just right for us, and made us feel at home. We could go on and on about her kindness and assistance but outstanding would be the closest description. This home is even better than the pictures. It is lovely and layout is wonderful! The great room is huge accommodating 6 adults and 3 young children easily. The large master bedroom and TV room on the main floor were a bonus. A half a flight up and the additional bedrooms were also great. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor play right outside the back door. The home well located.

Extended Tahoe Stay

This house was incredible. Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was a highlight for sure. Excellent appliances and very capable as a chef’s kitchen. We worked with Tahoe Luxury Properties and their level of service was very high. They were exceptionally responsive and very easy to work with. I would definitely stay at this property again and would not hesitate to work with Tahoe Luxury Properties again as well.
