This nicely appointed condo is located close to all of Tahoe's major attractions! Perfect for a family or friend getaway. The HOA offers hot tubs, sauna, pool, and more!

Enter on the ground floor and have immediate access to the laundry area, a queen bedroom, and the primary king ensuite. Move upstairs to the open kitchen, dining, and living room, with plush furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace! This middle level also includes a hall bathroom before leading up one more set of stairs to the loft.

Location:
Carnelian Bay is a small town in the middle of Kings Beach and Tahoe City, and central to activities around the Lake. The famous Gar Woods restaurant is located in the heart of Carnelian Bay and offers a beautiful view and public pier. Next door, Patton Beach has beach activity options. In the Winter months, cross country skiing is available within a short drive. Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows and approx. 30 minute drive.

NOTE: Carnelian Woods Amenities: Hot Tubs are Typically open daily in summer and winter, Saturdays only in spring and fall. Pool and Tennis open summer only. Please check website for Spa/Hot Tub hours at carnelianwoods.org

Parking:
Parking is available for 2 cars. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

The perfect location for a wedding at Jake's on the Lake, it is literally a short walk to the lake and restaurants. We really enjoyed the smallbalcony we sat and had coffee and a glass of wine. We cooked in the kitchen one night, which was well appointed. We loved all the personal touches, the welcome package and the comfy bedding and beds. This was a great value and was completely updated. We did not use the pool or other amenities however we did walk around them and they were very well maintained.

Super cute, clean, updated. Loved sitting in back patio listening to the leaves rusting in the wind. Not too far from the lake but far enough to enjoy the quiet. Mgmt company was in communication and answered all questions. Would stay here again!

Great Location

We had a great time in Carnelian Bay. This place is located near the woods and also just a short walk to the lake. We walked to the lake daily and even got to see a bear in the woods behind the unit.

Perfect for families!

We are a family of 6 and this condo was perfect for our vacation. Pros: washer/dryer, spacious main bedroom (we were able to comfortably fit our pack and play), pool and hot tub, short walk down to the lake, parking is easy, hiking trails, full kitchen. Cons: no bbq, the downstairs toilet wouldn’t always flush. We would definitely return to this condo!

Good and Bad

The condo itself was good. The design, fireplace and accomodations were fine. Signage was horrible and we could not find it easily even in the daytime. While kitchen gear was okay, they lacked a teflon based skillet which meant that the mismatched stainless steel skillets were difficult to cook in and scrubbing them was a10 minute ordeal, They also provide the smallest possible bars of soap that lasted 3 minutes. Finally, with their poor signage, I parked in an unlined area and at 7:30 AM the property manager knocked on our door and scolded me about being parked in "an illegal spot" and that I had to move my car immediatetly. I complied, of course, but was thinking that if he spent some time putting up some signs, he might not have to be acting like the principal that early in the AM. Other folks shared in the unit's "thank you book" that there were trails but guess what, there were no signs!. Fortunately, the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe won the day and as long as we had comfortable beds and a nice fireplace, I could let go of the other factors

Good Location in North Tahoe!

We enjoyed our time here! Very close to Diamond Peak where our kids were skiing. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. The gas fireplace was easy to turn on and off and added a feeling of warmth to the living room. The bathroom door handle fell off on Saturday night and the management company was able to send someone within 30 minutes to fix everything which was impressive and greatly appreciated. The only issue was the hot tub closed at 4pm meaning we couldn't enjoy it at the end of the day. Overall, nice spot!

Lovely Townhome near Lake Tahoe & Northstar

Very nice home with ample parking, easy check in, and a short trip from ski resorts. We had a lovely time in this cozy townhome and really enjoyed our weekend.

Lovely getaway!

We had a great experience here! Our family loves to cook and the kitchen was well-equipped. The fireplace was very cozy and we enjoyed the amenities of the in-unit laundry and dishwasher. One recommendation would be to offer more comfortable mattresses and bedding. Overall a great stay!

Snowed in

Overall the property suited our needs properly as a family of four. Would like to of had access to all of the properties amenities like the spa and sauna, but covid is once again to blame.
