Spectacular non smoking beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds.

This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor.

This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 4 people

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean (probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in) and the perfect size for my family (2adults 11 yo). The walk from the house to the Boardwalk was much shorter/ easier than I expected. A quick shot on a flat road. And there is a public beach access right there at the Boardwalk, too. Brian and Jamie were easy to communicate with and made sure we were set up for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient and clean place to stay! We came for a girls weekend and loved our stay. The location is close to everything we wanted to do and the house includes all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this house for a girls trip or small family who plans to spend most of their time doing activities around the area but wants a clean, comfortable place to lay their head down at night. Would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this property! Beautifully decorated and super convenient! We stayed in the turquoise house which was adjacent to a family owned grocery store and took only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking and tons of outdoor space. The owners were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Little Greenhouse Getaway

Wow!! We got super lucky this weekend as Carolina Beach Rentals had a last minute cancellation and we were able to book a 3 day 2 night stay in their adorable 2B / 2B home Greenhouse. We had everything we needed supplied (no bringing our own linens ). Brian was amazing with communication and we felt so prepared arriving for our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was excellent. Highly recommend CBR and will be booking with them in the future.

Amazing location & space

We loved everything about the space. The owners were super nice and full of information. My toddler loved the playplace in the backyard and it was a super short easy walk to the boardwalk.My only suggestion would be to leave more than 1 garbage bag for guests. It was difficult to clean up after ourselves when the trash bag was full and we couldnt find another one in the house.

Weekend Getaway

Property was very clean and as described. Property owner called and gave detailed arrival information about where to park and how to access the rental unit. House is close/walking distance to beach access, restaurants, and some attractions. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
