This is an amazing house! The new construction is well laid out and impeccably appointed. The attention to detail in the construction, furnishings, and the well-stocked kitchen and appliances was a notch above any other large rental we've experienced. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Our host Jim also deserves high praise. He reached out to let us know of several issues - including internet to the area being down - before we realized there was a problem. I am already looking forward to booking our next stay here.

This house is beautifully designed with a perfect layout for a large family gathering. The beach views and easy access to the sand are absolutely spectacular. Each bathroom is gorgeous, and the beds are super comfortable. The elevator was a huge help for my mother-in-law with mobility issues, and also made getting luggage up to the top floors effortless.The “Memory Maker” truly lived up to its name — we created wonderful memories during our long weekend family getaway. Thank you for sharing this amazing home with us.

This is a stunning ocean front paradise with breathtaking views! The pool was perfect & we spent a great deal of time in it. This place is brand new & comfortable!The elevator is a win as 4 floors of housing is a lot. The openness of the main floor was so enjoyable for our group of 15 to gather! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals & 2 refrigerators & dishwashers were much appreciated. Every bedroom had its own private full bath & you can't put a price on that! We enjoyed all the balconies in both the front & back of the house to take in the views. There are 2 laundry rooms on the 3rd & 4th floor making it convenient to wash our beach towels. There was a generous back up of toilet paper, hand soap & garbage bags. However, there is no cleaning spray for keeping countertops clean. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas were set up daily for our use, loved that! Check-in & communication was a breeze! Fireworks from the balcony were awesome!Some suggestions; there are no hair dryers or irons & at this price point they would have been nice. Some cozy blankets were needed after a day in the sun & coming into a cold house. A full length mirror would have come in handy as we were getting ready. There are some good spots in the house for one. No towels are placed in bathrooms, you have to look in hall closets for them. A high chair & pack n play would be a welcome addition to the home.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
