Townhouse a short walk (only2 blocks)to the beach.1400 square feet , perfect for a family up to 7 ! Great couples getaway . The 3 bedrooms and sofa bed in living room along with 3 full baths make it very convenient. Rare enclosed garage and a backyard fenced for privacy are unique features for this townhouse . TV's in living room and 3 bedrooms . Wireless internet.New washer and dryer . Dining table for 4 but additional 4 chairs at granite counter . Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker and microwave. Beach umbrella and 6 chairs are stored in garage (please return there after using ). Four bicycles are available , use at your own risk. Outside shower . We fill gas grill at beginning of season , Blue rhino refills available at Food Li
on ,etc. Midway between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Kure Beach Pier , this is a great spot for an easy trip to see all that Pleasure Island has to offer . We enjoy kayaking the Cape Fear River from Carolina Beach State Park (make reservations ahead of time on line to insure kayak availability ). The Aquarium at Kure Beach is well worth the visit. A favorite day trip is taking the ferry from Fort Fisher to Southport , shopping and having lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants. The Wilmington Riverwalk is only a 30 minute drive and has shopping ,restaurants and a nearby train museum kids will enjoy. When at the beach, It is not a long walk to grab a drink at the Tiki Bar you will see in the distance. For those looking for extended stays please put in your days and look at the monthly discount !

We had the best relaxing trip! House was just as described with chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to borrow to get to the beach daily- a quick walk! Kitchen well-equipped, plenty of seating, and a nice gas grill. 3 outdoor living spaces. Great communication and suggestions of activities and restaurants from the management. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms/showers. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic place, great location

Property: very clean. Everything you need was there. Amenities: in the garage, was everything you need for your beach visit as well as bikes for the whole family. Location: perfect. What a great place!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were not there for vacation, but rather a family emergency. Check-in was seemless. We took a little time out to enjoy a bike ride. The residence is beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach, bicycle and walking path and within walking distance to restaurants. The backyard is perfect for a bbq and entertaining. Most household and beach items are provided by owner. A wonderful experience.

We stayed for 10 days and had plenty of room. We were surprised but happy to see a bed in the downstairs room. The house can sleep a lot of people. As it a new rental, it is in the process of getting stocked but if we needed anything all we had to do was reach out to the property manager. She was wonderful and sent updates of local goings on. We were just a couple of blocks to the beach. In fact we were so close our 3 year old didn't mind the walk. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Very Nice Place

This house is one half of a duplex. We never heard the people in the other unit. Location is quiet and 2.5 blocks from beach access. It is modern and comfortable inside. There were 3 bedrooms and each had its own full bathroom (downstairs bathroom was accessible to all). Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, propane grill, & bicycles were available for use. Coffee K-cups and household items like paper towels, soap, etc. were there when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

It was absolutely wonderful

We just spent 6 1/2 weeks in this condo & it was fantastic. If we needed anything, all we had to do was call & it was taken care. We needed to change our date on both ends & Mr. Hartmann was very accommodating. We didn’t have any hot water (thermostat went out), we called Barbara, she got in touch with Mr. Hartmann & it was fixed that afternoon (on a weekend). We can’t say enough good things. Loved the place & the people we dealt with during our stay.
