Extras include hardwood floors, stainless appliances, metal roof , outdoor shower and great parking!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Great location and check in super easy. Just wished it had some beach items like chairs, beach towels, etc. Also, things a bit damaged like refrigerator and grill. Could use some updates on the more house hold items in the kitchen .like can opener, etc. We had to purchase several things including rack for grill. Needs a new grill. But overall great experience

PROS: washer and dryer work well, upstairs masters bathroom is nice; very close to the beach; property manager was responsive and had cleaning team come the next day when we expressed our concerns but as you can see in the cons, the cleaning crew could only do so much given all the issues from ceiling to floor in the place. CONS: pictures do not accurately represent how the place is currently--dirty, worn down and unkempt (we had two kids under 2 who after walking/crawling around the place had black feet)--floors and baseboards were filthy; kitchen appliances looked like someone splashed food and drinks all over them; rugs/runners/couches/kitchen chair upholstery were visibly dirty and stained; downstairs mattress was very uncomfortable/slanted downwards; shower curtains were filled with mold/mildew; bathroom ceiling with mold/mildew; bunk bed frames had gunk on them; broken blinds; dishwasher filter was filled with food; bunk bed room had exposed nails on the floor boards; walls and doors were stained/dirty; no cleaning supplies in the home so if you wanted to wipe down counters or table, you couldn't.

Beautiful home with close proximity to the beach

We loved our beach getaway at Deja Blue! The house was perfect for our family and friends. We were celebrating highschool graduations for our kids. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The house was clean and in perfect condition. We would recommend staying here in the future and definitely return again!

Family reunion

Great location with the perfect amount of space and accommodations for a family retreat. Kids from 4 to 17 enjoyed the house with opportunities for fun and relaxation. Would recommend the property for several types of vacations and the communication with the property managers were excellent and timely. Definately will stay here again.

Lots of Space

The house has plenty of room for a large family. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Kitchen was very well stock with everything you need. The only thing I thought could be better was cleaning the black hard water stains from the toilet rims and all of the faucet heads. Also, has plenty of extra pillows but could use a few extra blankets and a few more towels.

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a great time in Carolina Beach. The house is in a perfect location and worked for our family well. Less than 100 yards from ocean. Sean was one of the best host I have had. The commination was excellent. This is a great home and will stay again.
