Perfect for Girls Weekend

Everything about this house was just right for our group of 5. The only complaints we had were that the lock box for the key was a bit difficult to open and the showers are really small. But location was perfect and overall property was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacay

The house was absolutely perfect for our family stay. Being right on the beach is priceless with children ages 2 & 3. The sunrise views in the morning are beautiful & gets your day started on the right foot. Very centrally located - went to the aquarium one morning (10 minutes away), ice cream right across the street, Tiki Bar a few houses down & Publix one mile away. Love the retro feel of Carolina Beach & watched the surfers every day!

2026 - New Year

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always spend New Year's Eve at the beach; it's kind a tradition, sometimes with family, friends or both. This was my first experience renting a house in Carolina Beach with A1 Property Management, and I can say it was one of the best. The house was clean, beautiful decorated, organized, and well-equipped not only with appliances but also with necessary accessories like dishwasher and laundry pods, etc. The A1 Property Communications was easy and always available. I will absolutely be back to this house and would try any other property from A1 in the future.

Hope to visit again!

Beautiful ocean front house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only reason for the one 4-star was that I felt during the off-season a fresh coat of paint and some very minor upgrades could have been completed. But that won't stop me from returning!

Wonderful Beach Home At A Great Location

I have been renting homes in Carolina Beach for years and this was our favorite! It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We made most meals in the well appointed kitchen and loved having the beach only steps away. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids and 2 dogs, and the layout of the house was ideal. We gave my teen nephews the downstairs apartment and they could not have been happier. We will definitely be staying at Sol-Shine again!

The house is fully equipped and everything in working order. We enjoy the spacious outside shower, the grill, and great deck.. We also appreciate that it is dog friendly for our well-behaved dog. We plan on renting it again next year. Thank you to owners for maintaining a welcoming beach house.

Bringing in the New Year

Enjoyed our time at this great location on Carolina Beach. Beautiful ocean views and close to a variety of restaurants, bars, etc. Location was close for a short drive to the NC Aquarium and a ferry ride to Southport, which made for a great day. House was comfy and we appreciated the private walkway to the beach to take our fur babies for daily strolls. Had a great view from the back deck for the New Year fireworks display at Kure Beach! Hope to return again soon -- had a great time at Sol Shine!
