Gone Coastal OF Duplex with Salt Water Pool-Watch Fireworks from the Deck!

You will fall in love with this oceanfront, first floor duplex! It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in 1637 square feet. You will find this beachfront home to be bright, spacious and wonderfully appointed to gather with friends and family. The main living area has 2 seating areas to accommodate both those who just want to sit and talk and those who want to relax and watch TV after a day on the beach. Enjoy amazing panoramic views from the open design of the main living area. It even makes doing dishes enjoyable! Spend time relaxing and dining on the multi-tiered outdoor decks. The oceanfront, saltwater pool is right off the deck. You are only steps away from the private beach walkway going out over the gorgeous dunes. Close enough to the boardwalk to see the fireworks from the oceanfront deck in summer!

Three spacious carpeted bedrooms can accommodate up to 11 people.

3rd Bedroom-King Bed (has ensuite bathroom, twin sleeper chair, & private street-view deck)

All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with Roku enabled TVs along with a cable essentials channel package. High-speed internet access is available for the unit. Other amenities include a gas grill, a large hot and cold outdoor shower/changing area and an outdoor storage closet provided for all your beach gear. Starting 2025 linens will no longer be provided for your stay. Each bathroom has a hand soap dispenser that will be filled prior to each stay. Hand soap, dish washing liquid and a couple dishwasher pods will be provided and a fresh sponge for each stay. A roll of paper towels for the kitchen and a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom will be present to start you off.

Parking for the unit can accommodate several small to midsize vehicles (4 to 6). 3 large trucks or full-size SUVs would be max allowed due to some parking being below the house between the pilings. Pool is generally open May through October 15 with hours of 9am-dusk as there are no lights at the pool area.

Memorial Day through Labor Day are weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday). Nightly rentals are available during this time within 10 days of the arrival date if the week is still vacant, but still require a 2 to 3 night minimum. Nightly minimums during other times are generally 2-3 nights unless around holiday which requires a 4 night minimum. Monthly rentals are available during winter upon request.

Great location—just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and lots of fun shops and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed being able to park the car and explore everything on foot. The place had plenty of space for everyone in our group, which made for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great spot for a beach getaway!

This is a great location! Love the ease of getting to the beach and pool right off the back porch. However those with mobility issues can have a problem due to several steps. Furniture and beds were all comfortable and any questions were quickly answered.

Fantastic beachfront flat!

Wintertime weekend getaway, with family, this place was just perfect! There are large bedrooms (3 total) and one of them is perfect for kids. The view is wonderful, and the entire property is very nice and clean. The beach here is very accessible and large (but not overly so). Parking is easy, but could be tight for any oversized vehicles. Checkin and out is a breeze and the owner's quick to reply. We will be back.

The property was clean and well maintained. The host was very quick to respond to messages. With 4 young children, we found the ability to walk out of the back door and easily access the pool and the beach very beneficial. The house was a great size to accommodate our family. People who are sensitive to light or noise when sleeping may want to bring a sound machine and/ or a sleep mask as street lights and noises are heard from the bedrooms. I believe this could affect lots of places, though. We mostly stayed at the house but the couple times we went out we found the house is very conveniently located. We would return.

Property is as shown online. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds. Pool chairs not comfortable and pool is shared with 8 condos and got crowded at times. Pool was locked each night at 8 which I thought was a little early. Overall nice place and I would stay again.

Great Family Beach Trip

We had a great stay at this property! We were a small group - family of 4 with a set of grandparents. The size of the place worked great for us and we were happy to be on the first floor with easy access to the pool and to the boardwalk to the beach. Appliances and grill were all in good order and it was easy to cook and prepare meals. The kiddos had a blast in the pool and we spent most days outside there or beachside. Location was nice. Grocery was near and we enjoyed walking to the Carolina Beach boardwalk area and finding an open Ice Cream shop and walking back past the little marina with fishing boats. We were really happy with our stay! Thank you!

Beach Perfect

Came in for our nephews wedding in Raleigh. My husband his brother, brother in law and two nephews went fishing two days and the house is a block from marina. Loved being ocean front and having a pool. Love the whole family being able to be in the same space. The area is everything you expect from a beach community. The house was super clean and spacious. The only downside was there was six of us staying and there was one towel for each person but any longer than the the 3 days we stayed they would have to be washed. Not that big of a deal. I always bring my own toiletries but that was an issue with others who made mention. Again not a make or break. The disappointing thing was that for being beachfront and having a pool there were no beach towels. We had to purchase some as we did not want to use house towels. I just feel that should be plainly specified so maybe people can make plans to pack towels instead of purchasing especially if coming in from out of state. Other than that the stay was magnificent and would stay again in a heartbeat.
