Great location and neighborhood. All neighbors we met were very nice and friendly. Many would stop and talk and provide us with recommendations. Love the island and how you can get around via golf cart to everything. Easy walk to the beach.

Close to beach and boardwalk

Conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the boardwalk. Too hot to walk there but a golf cart makes it very easy! Quiet neighborhood set off the hustle and bustle of the main area. Made for a nice week at the beach!

Wonderful!

We had a great stay! The central location to everything was just what we were looking for. We rode our bikes and walked our dogs everyday all through the great neighborhood. The house was just as described and our favorite part was relaxing underneath the house with our pups after a day at the beach.

Review

Tried communicating with renter about an early arrival and was sent the same policy that I was originally sent. My request was never answered. Tried checking in when code was sent via email and still had to contact owner to let us in. Was told to clean dishes as apart of check out and no cleaning supplies were provided. Overall the location was great and this space provided a great home for our vacation needs.

Sweet and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at Just Beachy. Everything was very comfortable. This home lives like yours would, comfortable but not a mausoluem leaving you afraid your kids will break everything ;-). The kitchen has everything that you need. The bunk room was great for the kids. The lower outdoor level gives people a nice shaded place to hang out and grill. I would recommend that a door be installed on the outdoor shower- we would have used that a lot more. And I might recommend investing in a golf cart for the week. It's a few blocks to the beach and the only public parking at the access is for carts.

Just Beachy Review

Quaint little house about 4 blocks from the beach. House was clean and appeared well maintained. Adequately stocked with kitchen stuff to be able to cook in if needed. Back yard was great to let our dog run around. Nice place and would rent again. Only improvement comment I would make is for kitchen linens to include more towels and sponges/wash cloths for doing dishes, extra garbage bags and detergent for the dishwasher. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Nice Property, Communication was outside vrbo App

Overall the property was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The challenge was that it was a realator managed property and communcations were done outside of the vrbo app, which meant accessing portals, external to the App... Instead of everything I need...right in the vrbo app itself. The realator was responsive when we did need to call/reach out. However, I believe that wouldn't have been necessary if all information was in the app. -Patrick

Great location , great communication

My wife and I took a trip to Carolina beach and the place we were supposed to stay cancelled on us. So we ended up finding this house last minute. It was clean and cute , great location! We had dogs with us and being a pet friendly home it was in great condition and didn’t have any bad odors, and we kept it that way ! Our only complaints were that they did not have a hair dryer, first place we ever stayed that did not . Also some potential advice is maybe finishing the fence to where the back yard can be fully fenced in. It’s about 90% complete but the entrance to the backyard is wide open. No big deal but it would have been a lot easier and convenient for us to let the dogs in the back yard off a leash without the concern of them running out into the roadway. Overall great stay, thank you !

Great property at this price point. Quite neighborhood location. Everything was clean and as described & pictured. House was cozy (small) and comfortable. Less than 10 minute, easy walk to beach, and only a little farther to the boardwalk.
