This spectacular warm contemporary home is uniquely positioned less than 50 yards from the restaurants, shops and galleries of Carolina Beach. Rarely can you find a home of this quality only a few blocks from Main Beach offering impressive views of the ocean, sunrises, and city lights. This contemporary masterpiece has only the finest materials. The views get more dramatic as you rise. An open floor plan with abundant natural light is enhanced by numerous design elements. A beautiful gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counters, center island and custom cabinetry opens to the Great Room for entertaining. This home Features hardwood and travertine floors. Each bedroom has a king size bed and access to a bathroom. Home includes and brand new, over-sized, front load washer and dryer. The over-sized parking under the home also includes a beach shower. Fresh linens, towels, paper towels, toilet papers, dish soaps are all included. Cable packages in all rooms, along with high speed internet! Plenty of privacy, only 2 short blocks to the beach which includes a cross walk, and one block from the many attractions Carolina Beach beach has to offer!

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

The 4 of us were in Town for the wedding of a long-time family friend at the nearby wedding venue. The house met our needs perfectly as it was clean, laid out well with the 3 bedrooms, all with larger beds on the second level, sufficient amenities in the kitchen, and had nice parking. Plus, it was an easy walk down to the boardwalk area and restaurants.

My husband and I stayed here while vacationing at the beach. The location is EXCELLENT. You are within easy walking distance to the board walk, beach, restaurants and shops. There is a small grocery store across the street which is very convenient. The ocean is two blocks - easy walk from the house. Parking is expensive in Carolina Beach. It was so nice to have the covered parking at the house and not have to worry about paying every time we left to eat or go to the beach. Kure Beach down the road is nice, but it doesn't have the shops and restaurants like Carolina Beach. The house itself is beautiful. When we are on vacation we do not cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. There are three bathrooms and three bedrooms, we just used the master which was very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. I loved sitting on the porch and reading while feeling the ocean breeze. I would walk to the coffee shop and then to the ocean in the mornings. This house offered everything I needed to make our vacation perfect!

Our stay in this home was an absolute blast! It was incredibly clean and well maintained. The location of the home was awesome- only a block from CB, restaurants and the carnival rides. The hosts were very communicative and kind and gave us great suggestions for where to set up for our beach days. We would absolutely book with them again!

When arrived there was a toddler juice bottle on deck, the floors were dirty, our socks, feet and shoes were black, the baseboards were dirty. The ice maker was jammed. The scene was terrible, no towels in downstairs bathroom, and both tv remotes in bedrooms were not working. captain room was okay with remote. Homeless men across the street staying. (Sad) would not come back to that beach. Very dissappointed.

Beautiful home in the best location!

The home was fantastic! The home has everything and more to make a vacation perfect! Its only a couple of blocks from everything. Has a small grocery store across the street which was very convenient. Owners go out of their way to make you feel welcomed! Great communication! We did have a couple of glitches with the home during our stay but communication was key and owners responded quickly and took care of the issues quickly! We will definitely be back!
