Experience this special One of a Kind newly constructed, meticulous maintained luxurious condo on the island. You will sleep better than you would at a 5 star hotel with the sound of the surf breaking in the background. Your vacation should have all the comforts of home and then some. We have spared no expense on comfort and convenience fully stocking the kitchen, upgrading appliances with ice maker, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and deep single basin kitchen sink with new fixture, quartz counter tops and soft close cabinetry.

55" Samsung Smart TV's in the bedrooms and 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room, Google wireless high speed internet access and extensive water color art collection of award winning artist Christine Reichow.

To make your vacation experience complete our housekeeping staff make the beds for you before your arrival using soft linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Pack light because you can wash and dry clothes with a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. Keeping it simple for our guests is our goal -- but remember to bring your beach towels, beach chairs and sunscreen!

SANDS IV Guests have private access to the pool, beach, and use of the charcoal grills and shower to rinse off - all oceanfront!

We loved this property! At first, I was worried about the unassigned parking spots however Rick answered all of my concerns quickly and once we parked, we didn’t get back in our car until it was time to go home. Literally everything you need is in walking distance. I consider myself to be somewhat OCD when it comes to cleanliness, especially in homes. This property was immaculate. Everything was crisp and fresh, the bedding was extremely comfortable, and the furniture used was high-quality. The view is unbelievable for both sunset and sunrise. It was quiet and while other properties allowed pets, we only heard a dog bark two of our nights but you can’t control others. We turned on our fans and the sound machines we always bring with us so it wasn’t a problem. The unit provided anything you would need and not bring yourself.Location here is ideal. I said we were able to walk everywhere, including of course the beach restaurants, Boardwalk, and even the park with a playground. Saturday morning we got to enjoy the farmers market and picked up some produce for the week. The deck is shaded in the afternoon, which makes it perfect for sitting out and not being too hot.The pool is small, but just the right size for cooling off or even going for a quick evening swim with the pool lights on.We were very happy with this unit and the property and would absolutely come stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay when visiting Carolina Beach. The unit was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything was comfortable, tastefully decorated and new. Great Condo right on the Beach

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. Good location, very clean, great amenities, and the VIEW was awesome of the beach/ ocean. Loved the higher chairs on balcony to have a great view over the railings. Spectacular Sunrises too!!Easy walk to Boardwalk either by street or by beachfront.Note there are 6 small flight of stairs to get to this 3rd floor unit. Good exercise for us!!Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!!
