The restored shoreline is beautiful and inviting, perfect for relaxing, strolling, swimming, shelling and making seaside memories here. And the best part is it's all just a few steps in soft sand from your doorstep. The views are spectacular of the surf and sand from inside or on your beachfront deck.

Welcome to my Beach Retreat home! This spacious two bedroom two bath condo features windows on the side that let in with AWESOME PANORAMIC OCEAN & PIER views along with NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (an additional fee) and your beach retreat will bring you an abundance of memories and Rest and Relaxation for a fun beach getaway any time of year!

Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season (April 1st through September 30th) dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm. They are also welcome at the North End Carolina Beach Pier, year round, just a short walk from the condo.

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and private balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. The second full bathroom includes a washer and dryer for laundry. The full kitchen includes a extra large counter top that seats four with an adjacent BAR HEIGHT dining table that seats four. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, playing games, laughing, chatting and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for six and the couch folds out into a double size bed.

Condo is only a short walk from the unique, fun and colorful North End Fishing Pier and High Tide Lounge, to grab a cocktail or just take in the sights and beyond that is uninhabited beach for the best walks on the island. It's fun to watch the fisherman, or fish from the pier yourself, amazing views and sunsets seen from the pier! Freeman Park beach right there for great long walks along the surf! It's truly gorgeous. Nice dog friendly area in CB. A well behaved and groomed, housebroken pet of medium to smaller size is welcome to travel along with you, for an Additional Charge...a pet is welcome at the condo and on on our beaches before 9:00am or after 5:00pm during peak season and north of the pier all day any day of the week. Can also get to Freeman park with a short walk down Carolina Beach Ave.
