Mimi’s was just what we needed

Great place and location. Climbing stairs was tough but we had best view since we were higher up. Would def stay here again.

Views are incredible. The condo is surprising very large. It was very clean. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had for them. A lot of stairs and parking was challenging at times, but it was totally worth the location and the views!

Great Stay at Mimi's Place

Our family had a great stay at Mimi's Place. We all enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and spending time on the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and made us feel we were in a home away from home. The condo was a perfect setup for our family (two parents and three kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). Highly recommend staying at Mimi's Place!

Phenomenal place & views

Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!

Fun weekend!

Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful property - the beach is right at your back door! We stayed over the Easter weekend and it was also our daughter’s 21st birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook two big meals for the holiday/birthday celebration. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms were updated, clean, and spacious. Definitely would stay again!

had a wonderful week here. beautiful views, beach etc. house was nicely decorated, however it needs a few repairs in the bathrooms and the kitchen could be stocked better with cooking items. parking could be challenging, but was fine during our stay. the 3 flights of stairs provided some exercise- but the house and views made up for it. overall, it was a nice place.

Great view and access to the beach

The unit was nice and spacious, and in a good location- close to shopping and restaurants. The only somewhat negative (or more inconvenient is probably more accurate) things are:- the parking is not ideal as there is room for only two vehicles and maneuvering in/out of the designated parking spots is somewhat cumbersome when all units are occupied. There is also no available street parking.- there were no complimentary bars of soap or body wash in either bathroom so bring your own or be prepared to run out to the closest grocery store

Amazing view and very clean!

The property had reviews about updates needed and they have all been done and some others. The balcony view at sunrise is stunning. Plenty of room for our family and grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. Cooked meals there and enjoyed the beach with a short walk down the property newly rebuilt deck. The rooms were well sound proofed as we had small kids and some early to bed. Parking is challenging so don’t take a large vehicle. There are about 8 units with an interior staircase that is a hike to the 3rd floor. Overall, we loved our stay, determined we need to exercise more and loved being oceanfront.

The only problem was the shower in the smaller bathroom, it was to hot. The parking was a big issue for our truck and all the stairs were too much for older people. I would recommend this place but not to older people and not if you drive a truck. We didn't get out to explore because of the parking issue.
