Freshly updated with new furniture, including a king size mattress.

Recommended occupancy is two.

The deck includes brand two chairs that are elevated and perfect for ocean viewing. Start each day watching the magnificent sunrise.

Kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils and table settings, everything you need to prepare your own meals. If you prefer, the condo is just a short walk from Carolina Beach restaurants. This location provides the perfect mix of quiet beach scenery with nearby activities.

This is a third floor condo, with no elevator. The stairs not only provide outstanding exercise benefits, they pay off with one of the best views to be had on the beach! Beware, it's three flights up, as the first floor is above private garage space.

Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away and has a lovely 1 mile walk around it and paddle boats for rental. The farmers market and local art fairs are located here during the warmer months.

Grab your things and take the short, private walk down to the most gorgeous beach on the Atlantic. Let the beach take you on soft sandy walks and find that perfect spot.

After a quiet, leisurely day at the beach you can scout the fabulous restaurants that surround the area. Walk the boardwalk to watch the weekly fireworks , listen to music, shop or visit Britts Donuts...a rite of passage since 1939 and rated one of the top ten in the country.

Bike to Carolina Beach State Park, play some disc golf at Good Hops Brewing.

Mike was a great host. He was quick in responding and quite accommodating to our needs. You cannot ask for a better location. It was a wonderful experience to wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and the sunset was equally spectacular. All of the amenities were in good working order, and the kitchen was well stocked with just about any cooking items you might need. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable, and I loved the seafaring decor. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Watched the sunrise every morning. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Very peaceful. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Furniture was comfortable.

This condo was wonderful! The steps leading up to it are a bit of a hike, but absolutely worth it for the stunning ocean view. I especially appreciated the high-quality outdoor seating on the balcony. Perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice, clean, and look like the pictures. I loved the balcony to read on and have my morning coffee. I had one minor hiccup and the owner anwsered my message immediately with a phone call. Check in and out instructions were easy and clear. The location is perfect by the beach and restaurants to eat at or pick food up from. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a fan of having to make our own bed at the beginning. This is trivial but we are also paying for the cleaning service. Bathroom sink was not as clean as desired (beard trimmings). Not enough toilet paper was available.

I would definitely recommend this place. Mr. Schultz is top notch. On the 2nd day of my stay,the a/c went out. I contacted Mr. Schultz and he had it taken care of in a matter of a few hours. This place is very convenient cause it’s close to practically everything and the view is great. Nothing like waking up with your morning coffee,pull the drapes back and there’s the beautiful ocean. I definitely would like to stay again.
