The perfect little spot for a beach day, shopping, restaurants, live music, and an amazingly relaxing environment. Only one parking spot available but many paid lots all over and near by so that was no problem. Amazing communication, plenty of towels and living supplies, gorgeous balcony. Truly so wonderful, we're so grateful! Don't forget to fill out the guest book in the drawers in the living room before you leave :)

Overall, the location was wonderful. Cleaning was average. We noticed pet hair under the couch and even a dog bone. The toilets and showers could have been cleaned better and would have made a more comfortable stay. There were also some splatters on the wall if I don’t know what. The experience was good but overall, we would have appreciated more detailed cleaning.

Great Location, responsive host!

We originally booked at another property with Navigate. My son was going to come down separately so they moved us to a property w/ 2 parking spaces. Wayne & Brandon were outstanding hosts! Location is outstanding, near great restaurants (Nollies taco house, Stoked, Sea Witch) and just off the boardwalk. Beach was a (very) short walk. Unobstructed view of the beach and dunes. In my opinion, best location in Carolina Beach, and outstanding hosts!

Mostly Good

For the most part, our stay was good. Location was great and the unit was generally as expected. Kids loved the pool and very accessible to the beach and boardwalk shops and restaurants. There were a few issues, however, that caused some annoyance and mild disruptions to our stay--the host was reasonably responsive to deal with these but of course would have been nicer if we didn't have to deal with them at all. Our checkin time was delayed due to maintenance on the refrigerator, the living room ceiling fan was stuck on all the time due to a non-functional remote, and the internet intermittently went out for the first few days and this had to be fixed during our stay. The electronic code lock on the front door was internet-based, so when the wifi went down we were unexpectedly locked out of the apartment for about an hour while the host worked on fixing it. Also not very many dishes available for cooking and many of these were dirty when we arrived. Once these issues got fixed within the first few days, the stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Price and location were good value for money, but the disruptions detracted from our overall impression. 3.5 out of 5 stars.

This condo was downtown and within walking distance of alot of activities for the kiddos. It was clean and accommodated all 5 of us. We had 1 issue that was quickly handled by the property manager. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is right in the middle of everything Carolina Beach has to offer. The size of the condo is perfect for a couple or small family. We definitely recommend this and hope to return in the future.

Mother’s Day weekend

Enjoyed our stay at this very clean unit. It was close to restaurants and shops so we could walk to most. The only issue was parking for more than one car. The neighboring lot was $180 for the night. You could pay and park on street but would have to be out at car at 6am to pay the day.
