Summary:
Vitamin Sea is a private 1 BD apartment located 1 block or short 3 minute walk to the beach w/ public access. Conveniently located to all outdoor activities CB area has to offer: fishing, biking, surfing, kayaking, deep sea charters and the boardwalk featuring great shopping and restaurants! Perfect stay-cation for a small family or couple!

-40 minutes to Wilmington International Airport (ILM)

-30 minutes to downtown Wilmington

The Space:
-Kitchen well stocked with appliances

-Large deck with ground level lounge area


-1 bedroom with a King bed

-Full kitchen (coffee pot, electric kettle, pots/pans,dishes) and living area including flat screen (local stations, netflix, amazon and sling tv).

Guest Access:
-Back apartment unit accessed by steps

-Reserved parking space for 1 vehicle

-Large deck with sitting area

-Ground level lounge area

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.

Getting Around:

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island

Other Things to Note:
There is a ring security camara, at the entrance of this property

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Interaction with Guests:
All interactions with guests will be very helpful but minimal unless requested. We will be extremely responsive but unobtrusive.

We arrived to this perfect apartment to find it was in excellent condition! It was very clean and the hosts have taken so much consideration to keep guests comfortable. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to so many restaurants and other things to do!My only things of note, are, the couch is quite low. If you have a hard time getting up from a sitting position, bare this in mind.

Upon arrival, the check in process was seamless and the residence was spotlessly clean. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach. The boardwalk and other attractions were a quick golf cart taxi or car ride - maybe 2-5 min depending on time of day.

Long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed staying at Vitamin C. The location was perfect, quick little walk to the beach. The house was great, kitchen could use some updated cookware and coffee maker so if you do plan on cooking food just know It was a bit of a challenge. But overall it was a really lovely place to stay!

The property was exactly as advertised! The deck was an extra(not mentioned in the details) Our dog loved laying out there on the cool evengs! Very clean & comfy! Dont want to brag too much about it, dont want it to be booked next time we visit!

Great Stay! Everything was clean, new, and close enough to the beach. Anything you might need tool wise is in the kitchen for cooking. The toilet even has a heated seat! Wild! Downstairs there is a sitting area, hammock for two, and outdoor shower. There is a porch at Vitamin Sea what will seat about 4. Worth noting, the address listed states Carolina Ave N but the property is only accessible via Canal Dr. If you’re traveling with little ones you will have to walk alongside traffic on Canal Dr and Sand Dollar Lane or get to the beach. We will definitely book again.

Great for Solo Travelers!

Enjoyed my stay and felt completely safe in the property and area plus a five minute walk to the beautiful beach! There was a malfunction with the electronic locking device and management was very responsive to find a solution. Would recommend!

Very close to beach, just a few minute walk. Loved the outdoor shower. Not much provided in kitchen, so bring everything if you plan on cooking. Review messages from management company closely as you will need to bring extra towels, paper towels and tp.

2 minute walk from the beach was super convenient. Also only about a mile from downtown which was nice for a night out. Bathroom could've been a little cleaner when we arrived but not a big deal. Overall a great stay!

Perfect Location

Couldn’t asked for a perfect location, one block to the beach if your a walker everything was at your fingertips. Plenty of restaurants only 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington. The host was very accommodating, we asymptotic a few extra towels he brought them over the next morning. Thank you. I would definitely consider coming back.
