Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Once you arrive, please read the checkout instructions in the house manual on the kitchen table. The manual will explain how to leave the house properly. Thank you so much.
Thoroughly wash, dry, and put away all used dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc.
Check out by 11 am, and if you leave earlier, please let us know so that we can start preparing for our next guest. Thank you so much.

Rules

Only put the Toilet paper provided by us into the toilets. Don’t put any other products in the toilets. All human waste goes to our septic tank.
Please don't eat snacks or food in the beds or the living room. It can attract ants and is difficult to clean up crumbs in the sheets and walls.
Please remove shoes when inside to keep dirt out. And also, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
