My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Carrabelle, the Villa we stayed in as well the grounds in general were clean and very well kept up. The most memorable thing of the trip would be the staff, the restaurant manager and the server during the days we were there made us feel like we have known them for years.

The villa we stayed in was a bit dated - the kitchen appliances were rather old and there were no outlets for phone chargers on the nightstand between the 2 beds. The shower curtain was too low and some insects were crawling around the bathroom floor. The worst part were the floors which were not clean plus the fact that you had to take your trash with you when leaving or pay an extra $100! However the beds were clean and comfortable; the AC system worked well; the water was hot; and the villa was spacious and quiet. A rating of 3.5 to 4.0 out of 5.

Staff were friendly and professional. I would suggest dark out shades or adding drapes to the bedroom area windows. The blinds alone allow to much light for sleeping.

The only down side we found several roaches in our apartment and the pool in the apartment side needs some major renovation. The other pool by the restaurant is amazing and the staff and the restaurant it’s amazing.
