Enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf at your front door. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to view the forever changing ocean within all the seasons of the year, the summer sun or the winter waves. The home offers all you need for the perfect holiday with your family and friends, you can even bring your pooch along!

There is accommodation for 12 people over three levels.

Upstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms, two on the main level with queen beds and shared ensuite. There is also a bedroom with queen bed and a further bedroom with 2 singles on the mezzanine level which also has a lounge area with a sofa bed.

Lovely open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge area has a smart TV, with foxtel and sound bar. Cosy combustion heater for the winter, large dining area to fit everyone for the family dinners and a modern Farquhar kitchen with two ovens, induction cooktop, breakfast bar, stools, dishwasher and well stocked kitchen. There is WIFI for you to use during your stay.

There is a laundry, separate toilet and further bathroom on this level along with a lovely sunroom with a lounge and table setting which can double as another dining area.

Enjoy the most breathtaking views from the balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.

BBQ in the courtyard area.

Downstairs is a self contained unit with two bedrooms. Main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

There is a kitchenette with separate dining room. The lounge has TV again with Foxtel

Bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and laundry. A second BBQ outdoor setting for 6 people.

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen and towels .If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

Celebrating family member’s, was a great winter get away. Loved how much thought has gone into ensuring catering needs met, I packed allot of stuff which wasn’t required as supplied. Only suggestion, a fire guard would be good for those who wish to use it. We had a 2 year old with us so we lit the fire at night only when he had gone to bed, would have liked to have option to light during the day but we agreed too risky.

JUST BEAUTIFUL - A RARE TIME TO GET ALL OF THE FAMILY TOGETHER AND EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. How could you not - even had a whale just out of the window putting on a show for 1 and 1/2 hours. Weather was also very kind to us for July. Lovely lunch Saturday at Lost Phoenix Farm. Thank you.House was excellent - never know what facilities a place will have - you had it all.

This property was exactly as shown online. Very spacious and located on absolute beachfront with uninterupted views which were spectacular. The open plan kitchen dining and living area was perfect for our celebration. The wood burning fire was a great feature adding a warm ambience to our stay. We would all highly recommend this stay and we will undoubtedly be back.

Perfect getaway
Perfect location and perfect house to host 12 people including toddlers. We had an amazing mini-holiday here and loved being so close to the beach - the view is spectacular. Hands down the best spot in Carrickalinga!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This property has it all. Not only does it have the best views in Carrickalinga, but there is so much room. We were a family group of 12 varying ages from 3 years old to lets say over 60. There was enough space for all, places for the kids to relax and balconies for the adults to relax and take in the stunning views. Beds were comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

My Birthday getaway
This property certainly lived up to the pictures and description. Most bedrooms had a magnificent view, well designed. The whole house was amazing, it had everything you could want, and more. I wanted to take my family away for my birthday celebration so we needed a large house. This was perfect in every way. I would highly recommend this beautiful home if you just want to get away, sit overlooking the ocean and relax with a glass of wine and of course the important people in your life . Loved every minute!

A spectacular house for a family holiday with amazing views and so much nearby to do.
The house is very well equipped with lots of rooms and spaces so our big group never felt crowded. Breathtaking views and sunsets every night, short walk to the beach and adventurous walks across the rocks to find hidden beaches. House has everything; boogie boards, sun loungers, bocce, reading books, platters, wine glasses, all utensils, tupper ware, toastie machine, foil and cling wrap, cheese knives, filtered water, cocktail shaker, induction cooktop, electric pan and 3 fridge/freezers for everyones food. We can't wait to come back.
