The Space:

Tucked into a quiet, wooded setting in Carrollton, this home invites you to slow down and settle into the kind of stay where mornings feel unhurried and evenings are best spent soaking in warm water while the trees stand still around you. Step inside after a crisp day outdoors, kick off your boots, and let the space feel like your own. When the air turns cold, the hot tub becomes the perfect place to unwind before heading in for a cozy night.



Living space

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, with room for up to 6 guests. The layout includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a comfortable setup for couples, small families, or a quiet getaway with friends. Central heating and central air conditioning keep the home comfortable through Ohio’s changing seasons.



Sleeping arrangements

The home includes 2 bedrooms, with fresh bed linens provided. Extra pillows and blankets are available, along with room-darkening shades to help you rest in.



Bathroom essentials

The bathroom includes a bathtub and bidet, along with bathroom essentials such as towels and toiletries. Hot water is available for long showers after a day out.



Outdoor living

A private hot tub is available all year and open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, making it easy to start your morning with a soak or wind down in the evening. The home also features a private entrance and free parking garage on the premises, offering convenient arrival and storage options.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or making a relaxed dinner at home, you’ll have the space and tools to do it comfortably. Coffee is provided for your mornings.



Work-friendly features

If you need to stay connected, the home includes wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace - ideal for remote work or longer stays.



Family-friendly and pet-friendly

The home is pet-friendly, so your companion can come along. For guests traveling with little ones, a Pack ’n play/Travel crib is available upon request. Long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.



Safety and peace of mind

Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all provided to support a secure, comfortable stay.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



📌 Hot Tub House Rules:



Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:



🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
