Heads Up Review
Our stay at this place was not great at all. Let’s start by saying the place is a great location if you want to be in the mix of all the partying. The property it self has the potential to be great, however it needs to be highly invested in. Regarding the negatives, the location does not have a name, as a hotel would, so it was very hard to find. You have to walk 4 flights of stairs because theres no elevator. It is not handicap accessible at all. There’s no AC or ventilation in corridors or halls. Only the bedrooms have AC. The main common kitchen and family area, which it’s beautiful does not. With the heat index of 110 degrees outside, it felt like you were in an oven. The AC gave out in one bedroom and water literally came from the ceiling. The out door balcony railing was in poor shape and is very dangerous. Definitely not a place for kids. The plumbing in the showers were very poor to drain. Lastly, there is no after hours attendant or maintenance person available. When the ceiling started leaking water, the owner responded to turn the AC off and no other communication happened. This place is a pig with lipstick.
