La habitación no estaba mal del todo, el problema es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y se pasa calor, y siendo verano y en Cartagena, o funcionas con aire acondicionado o no vives.

Siento que su estancia no fuese todo agradable que nos hubiese gustado y se merece.
Si el aire acondicionado no funcionaba de forma correcta le pido disculpas en nombre mio propio y del establecimiento. Pues deben darle otra habitación mientras esto se soluciona.
