vacation in Cartagena

nice apartment - spacious and great location. could use some TLC but not an issue. The property does not have HOT WATER - i guess this is normal for Cartagena BUT it was not in the listing and i did not realize until after we had booked. It was a minor issue for me - may be more for others. location was VERY close to the beach - this made is really great. walking to the old city was over 45 minutes BUT taxi was 10 minutes (without traffic). overall, it was a good apartment with some minor issues.
