We were upgraded to the newer sister hotel around the corner for free . The service , breakfast and cleanliness were what made this stay a five star experience for my partner and I . I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a great stay in Cartagena .

Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional, especially my housekeeper. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and the beach. I felt safe walking around at night alone. The rooms are spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, they need at least 2 more elevators. There was always a wait and a line for the elevators. They had room service, but didn't have what I wanted off the menu when I tried using it. The power and water went out every night I was there. It would come back on within a few minutes. The toilet would run constantly, and it could be loud at times. Fortunately, I showered the night before because the water was off when I went to my room to finish packing after breakfast. I would stay there again for a short trip because of the staff, food, and location. I would not stay longer than 3 nights unless they fix the power and water issues. I was there 6 nights.

I will continue to stay here because the staff is wonderful. The food is delicious and the proximity to the beach is perfect. Kelwin always make sure that I am well taken care of. He is one of the staff members.

We booked at Hotel Oz Luxury but we were told we got a free upgrade at their other hotel. It was around the corner and it was still nice. The area was nice, staff were great, bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure, it doesn’t get hot but with the humidity felt great. Area was safe we walked around the whole surrounding area. Uber was easy to get and very affordable! Definitely going to come back and will stay at the Oz hotel.

I had a really good experience at the Oz Hotel. When I arrived I was redirected to their second property which was misunderstood. They stay was very pleasant and Luis was a spectacular help during my stay. The only downside to the secondary property the building is enclosed by two walls on both sides of the hotel so there is not much sunlight you will receive due to this. Breakfast buffet was nice and a variety each day and the staff is super super friendly. I am going to stay here again when I return. It presents resort service and the only item they are missing is direct access to a beach. Me sure to ask to meet Luis when you are there he is superb!

Excellent staff. Exceptionally attentive. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast staff will go above and beyond to fulfill any request within their availability.
