We asked for a roll in shower for my veteran husband and was told the room had it. I did not. The carpet was dirty. We kept our footwear on. It was late and the beds were advertised as comfortable. Ours was so hard. My husband hardly slept at all. The nicest thing this hotel had was the motorized blackout and filtered window screen. We would not recommend this place.

Property was in almost new condition. Only drawbacks were the refrigerator needed defrosting and the sink leaked water at the faucet leaving a water puddle every time you used it. Both of these were minor inconveniences.

A good, clean, and affordable choice for the area. Shopping, good, parks, and experiences all within short distance of the hotel. Rooms were clean, slightly outdated but nothing I'd be picky about. Breakfast wa hot and better than I'd had before but nothing crazy spectacular. I would absolutely stay here again when I'm the area. Staff was honestly the politest I've EVER met at any hotel/motel before, that was fabulous!

The room was really clean, but had an odd smell. Super strong. I could get use to it but if i left the rolm and came back it bother me for a while. Then we got a strange no answer call at 4.30 am for the hotel phone. The breakfast was great. But after when we were trying to leave arpund 9:30 we had a strange lady looking in our window and knocking on the door. Not staff just a random lady, not tryign to sterotype but she seemed high. Little weird

Hit or miss, but not bad for the price

Be aware that this hotel has exterior hallways. Not a deal breaker, but unusual for this chain. The hotel is older and a bit dated but reasonably well kept. Cleanliness was a little hit or miss. One of our rooms was fine, but the other had a bottle cap under the edge of the bed and we encountered a bug or two (could be from those exterior hallways.) Also the bathroom in that room could use a little work as the tub faucet was extremely tricky, the towel bar fell down and the toilet plugged up (one of the kids has a knack for this, and it's not tp overuse). The other room was fine. The beds were decently comfortable though one was quite noisy, but that was good for a laugh. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable for our needs and expectations. Would we stay again? Maybe. We frequently pass through the area and the price was very good. If they keep an eye on the cleanliness and stay on top of minor repairs it could be very good.
