Beautifully renovated spacious home in a quiet and safe family neighborhood. Home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full living rooms, large kitchen, fenced yard, a large deck, and stainless steel grill that is perfect for cooking out. Finished garage features 14 pinball machines for you and your fellow guests to enjoy during your stay. Home has HIGH speed wireless internet service 600 Mbps and complimentary YouTubeTV streaming service. Home is located in a community with a neighborhood pool. As you enter the subdivision, you are welcomed by a large stocked fishing pond. For BEST response to questions or concerns about the property, please text the owner during your stay. Home is 12 minutes to Lakepoint Sports facility.
The property adjoins an 1800s family cemetery. Its hardly visible from the house or yard unless you are looking for it. If you are a history buff and want to research the "Smith" family, you can find limited information on Google. If you fearful of cemeteries, this is not the house for you.

Host was amazing, answered messages very fast. The house was immaculate , comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family. We were in town for a wedding and this was the best . We were 25 mins from venue and it was perfect. Temperature was easy to regulate, kitchen was well stocked. We were super excited by the game room . Neighborhood was convenient to Walmart and other retail. If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a variety of ages, 21-80 and everyone was very comfortable. House was well stocked with extra towels and blankets on the sofa for a little comfort. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Very nice house!

My husband and teenage son had a great stay at this house, which they used as a base for a local basketball tournament close to Lake point. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood

Artists attending Booth Art Academy Workshop

The house is only 10 minutes from the Booth Museum and Art Academy. It is clean and in a safe neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place and the owner is easy to communicate with.

Short stay in Cartersville for Gymnastics Regional Competition

Checkin and Checkout was extremely easy. The house was as listed, very clean. Kitchen appliances and utensils were excellent. The bathroom was clean and the rooms we used the beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the Host was excellent, responded very timely.

Lots of room and everything we needed

We stayed for Thanksgiving to be near family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking a nice meal. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space and very clean.

Roomy and comfortable

This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It worked well for a group of friends attending a workshop at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a split level so the steeper stairs to the upper level were difficult for one member so I can't recommend it to anyone with difficulty with stairs. Everyone else will love it!

Great for Large Families!

The house is well-stocked with all you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Lots of grocery stores nearby so we were able to cook all our meals. The backyard is not fenced, so we enjoyed hiking through the tree-covered property. Lovely, spacious home; just as advertised!
