An absolutely quiet too bedrooms apartment 5 minutes from the nice neighborhood of CIL. It is situated on the 2sd floor (with an elevator) of a modern building of high standing and very well secured with 2 digicodes and inner courtyards.It is fully furnished with:

The bedrooms have king size beds (180x200 cm) with a thick high quality mattress.

The living room has a sofa, a large LCD television with its 120 channels including the Bein Sport channel (NFL NBA), wifi through fibre optique completes your dream stay.

On the other side of the salon you have a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is needed to make your meals: dish washer, a conventional electric oven stove and 4 cook top, a micro wave oven, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a family size refrigerator with freezer and a complete set of cutlery and cooking pots and pans.

The in suite bathroom has a large bathtub and a wall towel heater. The second one has an italian shower.

Bathroom and restroom are separated, both accessible from the hallway.

The large balcony allows you to eat or drink outside during fine weathers.

Bed linens and towels are provided for the number of persons registered for each reservation. We also provide hand and bath soap as well as shampoo.
