At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. I will come back again.

Breakfast is exceptional. Vast variety. Very fresh. Rooms comfortable and good size. Staff extremely helpful especially Marwa with customer relations and Mohammed at the reception. For Muslim travelers need to verify qibla prayer direction which was inaccurate in the room. Nevertheless, highly recommended

Above and beyond, the staff is very helpful for your stay. They do the extra length for your safety and accomodation concerns. The roof top is amazing, with awesome views, a pool and dining area. Our room was much more than expected. Very large and especially bright and comfortable.The breakfast had many options for anyone's taste. Also, a huge thank you and bonus with Maroua Hentati, Client services. She is well-mannered, charming and listens with a keen interest of our opinions. She made us feel at home and she is a great inspiration for this high class hotel of Casablanca. Actually, she represents every essence of the moroccan "vibe and feel". I stayed at this hotel in Casablanca and was initially impressed with the room's beautiful decor. I had requested birthday decorations and a bottle of champagne, which were nicely arranged—but I paid for both, as well as for late check-out upon arrival. I was told I received a complimentary upgrade, but it appeared to be part of the birthday setup I had arranged and paid for. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction on the same floor during my stay. I was woken up multiple times by loud noise and called the front desk twice to report it, but nothing was resolved. When I mentioned this during check-out, the associate simply asked, “Did you notify anyone?” despite my earlier calls. No follow-up or solution was offered. I also explained that I couldn’t use the late check-out I paid for due to the long travel time back to Marrakech airport. I asked for a refund, showed the messages exchanged with the hotel, but the associate didn’t understand and no resolution was provided. I had to leave without a refund, as the process was taking too long. Lastly, I paid the deposit in cash, which was accepted, but since it wasn’t traceable via bank, I have no proof of that transaction. The hotel has potential, and the room was lovely, but poor communication and lack of support significantly impacted my stay.

The staff was amazing. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and they decorated our room with rose petals and got us a delicious chocolate cake. The gym and rooftop pool with bar and restaurant with citywide views were fabulous.
