El Patio de Doña Julia is an exclusive gated residential development located front line to Doña Julia golf course.
Lovely two-bedroom penthouse of 110m2 with huge terrace directly overlooking the 17th and 18th Holes, with sea views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar, Morocco and Africa when the weather is clear.
Finished to a very high standard, both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and drawers. Fitted with two bathrooms, the master en suite includes a hydro bath, Shower, WC, Bidet and twin basins.
The Lounge has two comfortable sofas, a dining area providing seating for four with all necessary accoutrements. All floors are in cream marble.
Reverse cycle Air-conditioning/heating, Smart TV, free High-Speed Internet, linen and bedding all provided. The utility room has fitted cupboards with a washing machine.
