The complex is secure and gated. It is close to some quality golf courses and is only a 20 minute walk to the beach. This first floor Penthouse apartment is accessed by stairs and is furnished to a high standard. The living areas are arranged over one floor and consist of a lounge/diner, opening out onto a south east facing terrace equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. From this terrace you have access to the roof terrace via steps. The roof terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs, a terrace sofa and chairs, 3 sun beds and a gas BBQ. The views from the terraces are over the urbanisation to the sea. The lounge is fitted with a dining table and chairs, a sofa bed, a TV and DVD.
