There is ample parking for 2 cars, a large terrace and about an acre of surrounding land, leading to a private shoreline. A small shed contains wood for the fire, garden furniture and a barbecue. The entrance to the house is via a sheltered porch with space for wet suits, wet clothes and equipment to dry before entering the house.
