Beautifully renovated cottage only 6 minutes to Cashiers!

An airy garden cottage located on the same property as a beautifully appointed and well known Cashier`s nursery. This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home brings the small town, comforting vibes while being only 2.5 miles from the main intersection, or crossroads, of Cashiers.

Tucked right off of Hwy 107, this cottage is easy to access on a paved and flat street. Through the entry door is a mudroom, and a large, open dining room and kitchen. Quartz countertops, new appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen will make cooking a breeze. The cozy living room houses a beautiful wood burning fireplace complete with a smart tv above.

The primary king suite is situated off the kitchen and the king bedroom, bunk room, and bathroom with tub are located off of the living room. The property boasts a beautiful, grassy yard with lots of blooms and plenty of parking in the front of the house.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!

Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.

This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as `Pet Friendly` will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.

Precious cottage. Loved the working wood fireplace--such a nice touch for a 3 night family winter holiday. Master bedroom bed and linens were very good. Location was excellent--convenient 5 minutes to the Cashiers central hub. Porches with seating were wonderful, too! No complaints at all, but we cooked in one night and I would offer a tiny recommendation for an additional larger pot for cooking--perhaps a dutch oven or other stainless option. Everything else was very well equipped and maintained! So well done.Would happily return!

Our second time staying in this cottage – it was just as wonderful as we had remembered. Fantastic location, central to Cashiers. Great for kids. We even saw a sweet (from afar!) family of bears one afternoon. Well appointed, and most importantly, incredibly clean!!

This cottage was perfect for our family ! Our kids slept all together in the bunk bed room and loved having access to the toys and books, which was perfect because we had a very misty gray weekend. It is a very close drive to the Cashier green and local hotspots. We would definitely come back !

Wonderful 4th of July Stay

We had the absolute best stay at this cottage in Cashiers! The kids loved running around outside and playing with all the toys inside. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the house itself was so cozy, and the wrap-around porch was great too. The house was just 5 minutes from town, so the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Cozy, well appointed cottage in Cashiers

This was a fantastic house. We were impressed by the incredible use of the space, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms and convenience to downtown Cashiers. Ease of check in and check out made this a breeze, will definitely look to stay again!
