"All excellent. Staff does need to add ice packs for severe edema incidents for guests coming off flights. (11 hr flight, both legs- extreme swelling, staff graciously and promptly made ice packs with plastic gloves. Subsided by day 2. Had a great time. TY . Store should also offer nude compression socks for these incidents...:)) "

"The room was beautiful. We got the lagoon view right in front of the over the water bungalows. Staff members are all nice. I would like to shout out: Jack the bartender at lagoon lounge, Ana at the Goji restaurant and Sulu, server at fish bar. They made our stay extra special. The only thing I would suggest is having some chill music at the pools. Not saying they need a dj but atleast some chill music while in the pool would be nice. Also would be nice to have a swim up bar at the adult only pool. Makes more sense to have it there than the “main pool” where children are swimming next to you. "

The resort is stunning — beautiful beachfront views, spotless rooms, and a relaxing tropical atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was incredible with plenty of fresh options, and the kids’ pool area was perfect for our little one. The Bula Bus made getting around Denarau super easy, and we really appreciated the seamless connection to nearby restaurants and activities. It’s the kind of place where you can completely unwind while the team takes care of everything. We can’t wait to come back — Fiji hospitality truly has no equal.
