It was a good stay but was ruined for us from the first night when we were put in a garden room but told it was a beach front ocean view like we paid for. I’ll post a picture. Checked in at night so didn’t know until the morning then were moved but the damage was done and no real apology. Cleaning and service is slow.

We were a party of 6 staying in 3 deluxe beachfront appartments, we loved the view and the room was spacious and kept immaculately clean bu the wonderful house keeper's. The staff at the Hilton are fantastic and friendly and you get a big smile and a welcoming Bula! Wherever you go. The Bula express runs frequently to take you back and forth to your rooms.The wonderful reception staff are always helpful and willing to assist with cabs and airport transfers. The Fijian people are so lovely and welcoming .We didnt have any children in our group but saw first hand how amazing the staff Were with children .We miss it already ! We will be back :) Thank you Hilton for a wonderful stay in beautiful Fiji❤️

Patchy service

For a hotel of this cost and star rating we found the service very patchy. The tv didn’t work the whole time we were there and the wi fi was only fixed half way through our stay after we complained on day 1

Traveled with family spent a week there and the whole family enjoyed it all the staff were so friendly and helpful anytime you asked or needed help with anything highly recommend this resort will definitely be back.

The resort is amazing. So much to do and a great balance of activity and rest. The staff are incredible: very friendly and super informative. The facilities are tremendous. It was a great place for a family holiday. We did find the property tired and not up to the usual Hilton standard. Some of our doors did not shut and our cupboards in the kitchen had dropped doors which made opening and shutting them tricky. The sliders onto the balcony were very stiff and the balcony cushions were covered in bird poo. We were very concerned about a storm water drain grate that our 2year old grandson stood on and it collapsed under him. He could fallen through if his dad did not grab him in time. When we notified ground staff they put a bbq in late over the broken bit but that was easily removable by someone and a terrible accident could occur. It would be great addition to have bikes that you can hire to take you into the port or to the shops etc do that you didn’t have to rely on the Bula Bud of could explore outside of the resort in your own time.

Beautiful resort. Very clean. The staff are very friendly. The pool area is stunning and large enough to accommodate a lot of people. The food was slow to come out of the restaurants, so best to book for a time well before hunger sets in. A great stay for families.
