Property is big and has seen a lot of guests. Facilities are okay but showing signs of wear and tear. Staff are not as friendly as the island resort staff and it’s easy to get lost and have no idea of who to ask for help. This is a mass produced facility which churns guests through as numbers.

BULA! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We made use of the Kids Club facilities everyday - the staff are all so great with the kids. The poolside activities were a hit! It kept us entertained through out the day. We will be coming back. I wish the very best for all the hotel staff we met.

The staff made our holiday. They were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our every need. The hotels location right on the beach is amazing. Few things around the resort need a little maintenance but this didn't distract from our amazing stay. Can't wait to go back

The staff friendliness stands out. The only negative was at checkout when they asked for payment which had already been made to lastminute.co.nz. I had to prove that I’d already paid via the lastminute website. Not sure who’s to blame, Hilton or lastminute, but it was embarrassing.
