Fantastic stone villa situated in Fraginesi, Scopello.

The villa is equipped with all necessary services to let you enjoy a relaxing holiday.
It results from the renovation of 2 ancient stone farmhouses sleep 13 (ask for extra beds).

The access is through the driveway opened onto the private parking for max 4 cars. Opposite the villa there is the main entrance and an equipped veranda with some sofas, if you want to relax!

At the back of the house there is a beautiful garden with typical plants of the region and a solarium area with a fabulous swimming pool 12x5 m accessible from a Roman staircase.

There is also an outdoor veranda linked to the kitchen of the villa, in which you can dine and relax.

Inside the house the furnishings are elegant: as you enter you find a big sitting room with modern kitchen equipped with all necessary cookware, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction kitchenette, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster etc.


On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

From a staircase with glass steps you enter the mezzanine floor with bookcase, comfortable sofa, armchair, smart satellite tv with Sky 3D, dvd player. From here you get to the outdoor balcony equipped with comfortable sofas for your relaxing evenings.

In the other room of the ground floor there is a small guest bathroom with washing machine and access to other 2 bedrooms…
The first one is composed of 2 single beds and private bathroom, while the second one is equipped for 1 disabled person with private bathroom, 1 master bed and 1 single bed.

On the upper floor you will find 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and access to balcony.
In this room it is possible to add, upon request, some single beds.

The house is fully fenced and equipped with alarm system and video surveillance, offering you a total sense of security.

The nearest beach is “Baia Guidaloca”, where there are some equipped and well organized resorts. It is 1 km away!

The maritime village of Castellammare del Golfo is 2.5 km away, while Scopello, the Natural Reserve of Zingaro, the ancient Tonnara and the sea stacks are 4 km away.

The villa is ideally situated near the most famous tourist sites of western Sicily like Marsala, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, the Mothia Island, Segesta, the Trapani salines, Monreale and Palermo.
