VILLA SARTA - CASTIGLIONE D'ORCIA

Villa Sarta is located near the fortress of Tentennano and the medieval hamlet of Rocca d'Orcia. The villa is accessed via a non-asphalted road which passes through cultivated fields and olive groves. The villa is based in a farm that produces PDO olive oil and Tuscan PDO wine that can be purchased.

Villa Sarta is an independent two-storey property comprising of a main house (split into 3 apartments) and an annex. All the apartments have access on the ground floor.

Apt 1 develops over one level: living room with fireplace, TV and double sofa bed, kitchenette with kettle and coffee maker (moka), one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Apt 2 develops over one level: entrance on the ground floor, living room with double sofa bed and a single sofa bed and kitchenette with kettle and coffee maker (moka). On the mezzanine there is one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Apt 3 develops over two levels: on the ground floor there is living room with fireplace, TV and double sofa bed and kitchenette with kettle and coffee maker (moka). On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Annex develops over one level: living room with TV and double sofa bed and kitchenette with oven, electric oven, kettle and coffee maker (moka), two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Outside area: private swimming pool (12m x 6m - depth 1.40m), covered parking, BBQ, patio, outside eating area, fenced garden. The pool is surrounded by a hedge and iron railing with 2 gates. The gates must be closed for children’s safety.

Facilities: private pool, internet WIFI, BBQ, parking, washing machine, oven, electric oven, kettle and coke maker (moka), dishwasher.

Villa Sarta is 300m far from Santa Marita but they both offer absolute privacy.
