Great location for beautiful surroundings

Good food, room service very efficient with the lockdown still in place. Clean room with air con. Recommended as a good a good base for sightseeing in beautiful surroundings.

Good but not a 4 star.

The hotel was good but I don’t think it was a 4 star. I would give it 3. The reception and other people we interacted with were helpful. The room seemed slightly dated.We did bot have any meals so I can’t comment on that

Stopover in Castres

Late check in at 23.45. Staff were attentive and efficient. Good service at breakfast in the morning. Good buffet breakfast. We were using the hotel as a stopover then travel to the coast the next day

Great stop

It was an overnight stop in cloudy weather, so the indoor covered pool area was good for relaxing. Dinner in hotel was good. Outstanding staff service, very helpful and all spoke English well. Gave us lots of town history and features.

Highly recommended!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, parking was convenient, and staff was courteous. We had a restful stay in this hotel for two nights before journeying on. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant as prices were high. We thought the breakfast cost was too high but later regretted that decision as it was difficult to find an alternate cafe or restaurant for breakfast in the town.

Bon sĂ©jour nĂ©anmoins aucune autonomie sur la climatisation qui n’a pas donnĂ© satisfaction une fois allumĂ©e par le personnel. Il faut demander Ă  l’accueil de l’activer pour pouvoir l’allumer. Il faisait plus frais dans le couloir que dans la chambre !!!

Je recommande cet hotel que je pratique depuis quelques annees . Tres facile a trouver Gps et un parking symoa vaste . Accueil tres bien , des chambres suites tres belles et spacieuses , literie de qualité . Petit dejeuner tres bien terrasse ou interieur. Que des bonnes choses dans cet hotel , un veritable club accord qui merite une palme d'honneur . J'etais hier a cet hotel . Accueil et depart tres bien . Je Recommande cet hotel.

Accueil et chambre agrĂ©able avec des employĂ©s trĂšs souriant et agrĂ©able , bravo Salle de restauration avec peu de charme , Les plats sont joliment prĂ©sentĂ©s , tarif un peu cher ( menu du soir plat+dessert 28€ auquel il faut rajouter 3€ pour avoir la piĂšce du boucher , 31€ pour une piĂšce de boucher et une assiette de fromage avec 3 tranches de fromage au choix , c est un peu cher . Choix de fromage parmi une 10aĂźe de variĂ©tĂ©s mais 3trancjes facturĂ©e Ă  la carte 11€ c est un peu cher au vu de la taille des tranches Chambre agrĂ©able et spacieuse , mĂȘme si on ne peu pas rĂ©gler la tempĂ©rature Ă  notre convenance,( 25degre en chambre ) Petit bĂ©mol au moment de la douche j’ai dĂ» faire couler l’eau plus de 20 min pour avoir une eau tout juste tiĂšde , sachant qu’il fait 10 degrĂ© dehors
