Property is good, but the outside pool wasn’t open and area around it not cared for much which we were looking forward to. Inside Spa was very good though. Took a while to get the deposit credited back to my account.

Cauterets is stunning by this hotel is average

Very basic standard. Ikea furniture, terrible beds, no service. The Balneo that refer to thermal bath are only large jacuzzi. it is ok for young on budget. C'est très basic, l'ameublement vient de chez Ikea et il n y a aucun service. le personnel de reception est tres gentil, mais incapable de nous donner quelque information que ce soit sur la station et sans oublier qu on vous demande de vider vos poubelle. Un minimum de service "hotelier" serait pas mal. on voulais emmener les enfants faire de la luge, la seule réponse a nos questions ont été d'aller voir l office du tourisme ( chose que nous n'ont pas fait car ils étaient ferme). Résultat, nous sommes aller au col du tourmalet,La prochaine fois nous essayerons Barege ou la mongie.

A trip to Cauterets.

The location of the hotel was fantastic- right in the middle of everything. Unfortunately we arrived during a heat wave and they had no airconditioning so we were most uncomfortable. The pool allowed great relief from the sweltering heat! The rooms were very dated but all and all the bed were comfortable and the towels were fluffy!

Good pools.

Fantastic pools and spa area. Wonderfully friendly staff. Extremely expensive overall. We had the last room and paid a fortune for it!! Do book parking before you get there as it was full on our arrival and there is no where to park in the resort when it is busy.

Séjour appréciable surtout grâce à la piscine, dont nous avons beaucoup profité. La chambre réservée n'était pas celle prévue àcause d'un bug informatique à priori : nous avons eu des lits séparés. Le restaurant de l'hôtel : une catastrophe. La majorité ce qui était indiqué sur la carte n'était pas disponible. Malgré un resto presque vide, le service était très long (2h pour une entrée et un plat). Le bar : pareil. Impossible de commander, plus de ci ou de ça. Nous avons apprécié : sa localisation, les jeux a disposition, le personnel.
