Property is in great condition. I would say it’s located further south so it can be a bit of a walk if you don’t like walking, but they have bike rentals to make it more convenient. There is a restaurant (Elbas) right around the corner that was AMAZING. I would definitely reccomend this property.

The Dream Cabanas was a nice small place very close to everything but just far away to allow for quiet restful nights. The office lady (forgot her name) was very helpful with good local suggestions.

My wife and I traveled to Caye Caulker for 5 days. Dream Cabanas was a wonderful place to stay while in Caye Caulker. The room was large enough for the both of us. It had AC and a fan for when the weather got hot. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great for the both of us. The room had a coffee machine and small refrigerator which was very useful.
I really enjoyed the layout outside of the rooms. It has a jungle vibe to it. Each room has a porch with chairs where I sat every morning and had coffee. This is also a gated area, where you need a key to get into the hotels, which made us feel even more safe.
The staff was the best part of the place. Extremely friendly and sociable. They helped us with setting up taxis to the airport from Belize City. They were always very helpful and accommodating.
The location is very nice. It is a short walk to the main roads. It is not located on the crowded streets, which made it more peaceful.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

It wasn't my idea of a cabana but it was very nice, clean, comfortable and the best of service. I would stay there again.

Millie, the property manager was wonderfully kind and helpful. The info book in the rooms were helpful. The room was clean and have everything we needed. Very pretty outside with nice lighting and garden well cared for. I like the location as I have visited before and know the main road can get a little noisy with nightlife so this was perfect for us. Also appreciated all the info sent to us when making a booking. Thank you for a perfect experience!

Felt safe. Host was friendly. Clean. Small fee to use bicycles (I think bicycle use should be included in the price), Clean water refill during office hours only, They clean room every day. Caye caulker island feels very safe especially when riding a bike around. I will be coming back and staying here again. Note: you are a 10 minute walk from main street.
