House is dark. All bedrooms are upstairs. It does not seem like a nice neighborhood. Enter from the back. It’s an apt across the street from a trailer park. Overall nice enough.

Check in is easy and Allie made sure we got in and settled. Good parking area with a covered spot close to the door. We didn't cook but there seemed to be everything we would need. The beds were good and everything was clean and tidy. The house is three or four minutes from the Shakespeare festival which was our initial goal. Everything worked out perfectly! Thanks Allie!

Home was as advertised which is always a coin toss. Only stayed the night but Allie was a great host always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Kids loved the treats left as a welcome package and the box of pancake mix and syrup for the morning; great touch.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and comfortable for our large group. The location was ideal for visiting nearby national parks and monuments, making it a perfect base for our adventures. Wonderful property

We loved the property! It was perfect for our family and our need to stay near SUU. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the small touches such as the welcome basket and treats, as well as the unit was clean and very comfortable. Allie was easy to communicate with. Double booking on Christmas 2024

Host was friendly and helpful at the beginning, until the check in day. The property turned out to have double listings and double bookings. My friends and family arrived at the property on Christmas night and surprised by an other family who also rented the same place. After talking with the agents/host/another party, we agreed to have the host cancelled our booking with the understanding that we would be compensated. After our booking got cancelled, however, the agent promised to callback never did, and my friends and family had to scramble to find a place to stay on Christmas night, paid almost double the price, and spent over 3 hours to reach out to Vrbo to get resolution. I am still in the process to resolve this accident. It's an extremely unfortunate event that happened so I wanted to let other Vrbo users to be aware of it.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable

We stayed 3 nights so that we could fully enjoy Bryce Canyon and Zion. The place was very comfortable for 3 adults and the 3 bathrooms were a Godsend! We were very impressed by the quiet neighborhood. We found a nice little breakfast place and found everyone to be very friendly.

Nice Place to Stay for the Shakespeare Festival

This place is only a few minute drive from the Shakespeare festival. The instructions were clear and we loved the paper plates that were provided so we did not have to do dishes!

I came to Cedar City for a bicycle race and it was the perfect place to stay! I didn’t need a 3 bedroom for just me but the rate was very affordable, and it looked really nice so I booked it. It even looked better in person! It was very clean and had everything I needed. The extra touch was the nice little gift basket with goodies.
