The main level of the home continues with a dining area and large living area with enough seating for the entire group!

Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms, all with large walk-in closets. Laundry facilities are located upstairs on the bedroom level as well. 2 bedrooms offer queen beds. One full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a large ensuite bathroom with oversized shower and large walk-in closet.

He never communicated with me about anything. VRBO gave me his email and cell with still no luck. All I wanted to know if we could check in early due to the event we were attending and if he had a grill. He cancelled our stay (minutes before the midnight deadline) although we got our money back, this was a horrible wxperience

Clean, convenient, comfortable stay

I came to town with a conference with some colleagues and we decided to stay here. We were impressed by the cleanliness, and all our needs (towels, shower gel, pots and pans, washer/dryer etc) were met. The beds were comfortable and it was great to sink into the couch and watch tv after a long day. Having two and a half bathrooms was a huge bonus for our group of five when we were getting ready in the morning. The location is great; it’s not too far off the highway, but also within a quiet residential neighborhood that’s only a 15 minute walk from a nearby grocery store. We only had two TINY problems: 1) the development is SO new that it actually doesn’t show up on Google maps (but we were still able to find it easily enough). If you call for a ride share service, you might have to set your pickup location a block or so away. 2) our last night there, one of the bathroom sink drains got stuck closed and we could not get it to drain. I think it’s just one of those fluke things, so I don’t blame property management at all.Overall I would recommend staying here if you’re with family or a group.

Nice , new construction townhome . Very clean and very nice neighborhood. 2 car garage was a bonus in the winter cold!
